After more than a 30 year full time career at MacKay Sposito I have successfully transitioned all my leadership roles there and scaled my my role there to empower myself to focus on land development and business advocacy work that I am so passionate about. I am still excited and energized to contribute to efforts that can create incredible places to live, work, and play in the communities I love. This new less than full time role will grant me more capacity to continue my economic development and healthy business climate advocacy that I feel is so fundamental to realizing a healthy and thriving economy for all those who desire to participate in it. My career to date has afforded me the experiences to mature as a professional engineer and land planner, but also to expand my creativity, communication skills, and leadership capacity in business and in life. My new venture under TSchau Partnerships is where I plan to evolve my land development/entitlement practice to be more than a consultant and calibrate my role to one where I can add the most value and align that role with my clients’ success.
