I started working construction in high school (summers)After graduating high school, I put myself through Century Collage, machine technology while working full time at Dahl-Tech plastics, in Stillwater. In four years I went from machine operator to maintenance /assistant shift supervisor.After graduating from Century, I moved to TPI plastics in White Bear Lake. I spent eight years there in the tool room, as a tool maker. Building aluminum cast vacuum molds, fixtures and wood patterns for the molds Then I went out on my own and started Scheel Construction. I started investing in flipping houses, rentals and remolding for people. I received my general contractors license in 2006 and started Modern Home Builders. I started building new construction houses. I can help you with any storm damage and with your insurance claim to help you through the insurance paper work and claim inspections. I have passed the ICC general contractor test , EPA certified for lead paint, vinyl and Hardy siding certified installer, Owens Corning, Certainteed roofing and siding certified.
