I advised clients - across several industries - on the subject of (digital) process optimization, harmonization, and transformation projects. The range of my services encompassed the entire project lifecycle from strategy over solution design to the implementation of processes and state-of-the-art ERP systems. I led subprojects, conducted workshops with C-level management of clients and supervised teams of up to four persons.
