Oversight of Design and Construction of misc construction/renovation/repair projects on Missouri State Facilities.

Deliver Project on time and within budget as leader of the Project Team.Partner with Estimating to transition and review Project from bid stage to construction.Partner with Safety Director and Superintendent to ensure Company and Client Safety Expectations are exceeded on site.Review contracts to ensure complete Project Compliance with policies, regulations, laws, and permits.Coordinate work methods with Superintendent and Field Engineer to ensure all operations are conducted in alignment with Company Procedures and Best Management Practices. Adjust and troubleshoot work methods as needed to maintain project quality and schedule.Responsible for Subcontractor selection, negotiation, contract, and coordination. Oversee all procurement for project and the primary person for major purchases. Verify and edit all major Project documentation such as schedule, submittals, RFI's, Change Orders, Subcontracts, etc.Lead Company liaison with Client and responsible for exceptional Client satisfaction.Develop and mentor Project Engineers, Superintendents, and foreman.Review, update, and approve project budgets, invoices, and pay estimates.Coordinate Company resources such as equipment and personnel between projects.
