I have had a life-long interest in computing. 25+ years in the IT sector, with the past 13+ years heading the Systems department at M-Qual (MSP) with a focus on Microsoft products, SMB firewall/network configuration, security, continuity, DR and VoIP.Completed many projects including implementing and managing larger Exchange environments, Office365 management and migrations, deploying and managing security products, numerous server room upgrade/rewiring projects; many of which allowed for little to no downtime.Throughout my career, I have developed a reputation for quick and efficient troubleshooting. Discovering the root cause of issues by combing through logs, running packet captures/traces to locate an effective solution for troublesome IT issues.
