I'm a teaching and learning fanatic trying to instil this passion into my fellow teachers, administrators and students. I believe in backwards design above all else. We all have a part to play in revolutionising the education system in Australia at all levels, it’s not just up to educators. Administrators, executives all the way down to students. And it’s every day, in any way you can, from changing your mindset to ‘yes, and’ instead of ‘yes, but’. Saying ‘let’s give it a go’ and ‘let’s do it together’. We have got to work together or nothing will shift, nothing will change, and we will be left behind.
