Change and Communications, Sourcing and Training Director – Procurement TransformationLead a virtual team to implement change to a new way of working (NWOW) for all purchasing within Johnson & Johnson throughout APAC. The new way of working provides a standard process accessible for all users through a single technology platform resulting in less spend leakage and visibility to spend behaviours for the business. Key Responsibilities• Develop stakeholder maps, impact assessments and communication strategies aligned to ADKAR change model to move all stakeholder groups through the change cycle ensuring all parties can adopt the new way of working at launch. • Coach the Procurement organisation on developing robust category strategies for purchasing that will ensure a fantastic end user experience when launched through the online digital purchasing platform. • Create the training strategy, curriculum and material to ensure all stakeholder groups know how the new way of working will impact their day to day operations and how they must change. Continuous improvement must be built into the process for the length of the launch (2.5 years). Achievements • Successfully delivering on the three workstreams has seen USD$4BN of spend, 300k orders by over 5,500 daily users lodged through the new way of working giving the business better spend visibility and compliance. • Improved end user experience with a customer satisfaction scores of 4.6 out of 5.0 by creating a best in class content build process for the technology platform. • Achieved daily system usage of 5,500 end users per day by designing, creating and delivering end user training curriculum for the APAC region.
