Managed the IT strategy and systems implementations for 30 locations across Canada. Implementations included full ERP, CRM as well as design and implementation of customized integrations with multiple legacy systems. Implemented and managed a team to oversee central processing of all third party funding in Ontario, and instigated and oversaw the implementation of a national fleet management solution. Provided custom applications and reporting to address significant challenges in inventory counting and costing and accounts receivable.
