As Executive Director, I managed all aspects of ACGE's adminiistrative functions. I also work directly on projects providing both project management and instructional design support.

Division of Continuing Education:

Representing the intellectual assets of the University of Virginia(UVA), I developed credit and noncredit education and training programs for public school divisions in the greater Richmond area including 17 school divisions, corporations and government entities. Working with UVA faculty, we developed early 'computer in the classroom' courses that were offered to school divisions state-wide; working with UVA Commerce faculty we developed and delivered management and leadership courses for scores of engineers at the Naval Surface Weapons Center
