Tim Seeden has dedicated himself to volunteerism serving on numerous Boards and Committees. Tim is a managing partner of Meetings & Event Essentials Ltd. A lifetime Illinoisian, he has extensive experience as a meeting professional planning meetings, conferences and world class events throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico as well as serving as an executive director for state, national and international associations. Tim’s work with entertainers includes a host of musical acts, broadcasters, movie and tv personalities and is solely responsible for marketing events garnering national exposure. His career includes the position of Director of Sales & Marketing for the Lisle Convention and Visitors Bureau, Odeum Sports & Expo Center, Pheasant Run Resort and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Elected in 1999 as Village Clerk of Lisle Tim, served the community 18 years and in 2011 was awarded Illinois Municipal Clerk of the Year and honored by the State of Illinois House of Representatives 97th General Assembly.Tim is an Eagle Scout and recipient of the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts of America. A Fourth Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus, Rotary Club Distinguished Service Award Winner and Jaycee of the Year.Tim was inducted into his alma mater Hall of Fame Hinsdale Central High School in 2021.Tim has a very unique combination of tourism, hospitality and meeting and event planning through association management which brings his career full circle. With all of his great success his work ethic and professional footing comes from being raised in Chicagoland and taking pride in his industry relationships.
