Responsible for client relations and corporate marketing content for Brightbuster, a film production agency based in Nottingham's Creative Quarter. Copywriting experience producing written content in the form of blog posts for the corporate website and LinkedIn. Managing and organising the communication and relevant paperwork with clients throughout a project, from the initial meetings through to raising invoices. Hands-on experience of a film production set, working with clients and the in-house production team producing video content. Managed digital marketing campaigns; creative and copy for video, web and social media content. The main focus on paid social media advertising on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, providing reports on the outcomes and results of the campaign based on key metrics.

Working within the Student Recruitment team of the marketing department for Nottingham Trent University. This role included being responsible for managing the University’s forum presence on TheStudentRoom.co.uk. This involved being a representative of NTU, answering any questions from prospective and current students and starting conversations with the online community about the university.- Project managed from concept through to landing: ‘Student’s Guide to Nottingham’ which was used throughout the undergraduate recruitment cycle to introduce prospective students to the city of Nottingham. This project gave me the opportunity to be involved in the copywriting and creative process. - Reviewed and updated content on the University’s website and student-facing profiles on third-party websites, such as; whatuni.com and thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk.- Prepared mailing data for key recruitment communications to be sent to mailing house.- Worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce Exact Target to implement the agreedrecruitment CRM plans, conducting email campaigns to prospective students.
