I am passionate about customer service and team management. I have had as many as 65 employees at any given time ranging in ages from 14 years old to 60 years old. Customers are always the focus, teaching the employees that respect, patience and good listening skills are the cornerstone to good customer service. I have been responsible for all personnel decisions for approximately 65 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees, including development, training, scheduling, monthly staff meetings, compensation, as well as being instrumental in creating systems, checklists, and processes to ensure employee accountability and performance. I track and monitor key performance metrics such as customer wait times and volume, interact with the surrounding community to develop good rapport and positive community image. Also handle any customer complaints by exceeding expectations and encouraging continued loyalty.
