Some may find this odd but my favorite hobby is working on my own home. Taking an old structure, ripping it down to the studs, and restoring it to its former glory is my idea of a great Saturday!Born and raised in the Washington DC area, I've worked in residential remodeling and new-home construction since 2005. I have extensive experience in the field, interfacing with customers, and running procurement. Working alongside designers and architects is the best part of my job as new projects come out of the ground, and with nearly 20 years in the industry I've made hundreds of connections with manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors. As a Project Manager, I'm in charge of all aspect of the buyout and construction process on fully custom homes ranging from 4,000 to 12,000 square feet. I've built swimming pools, golf simulator rooms, custom wine cellars, and the list goes on.When not working around the house or designing a new project, you'll most likely find me fly fishing or playing golf.
