As Head of Accounts & Partnerships I was required to look at a client’s business with a broader view of its industry and competitor set, then marrying that analysis with marketing or digital principles and GJI’s capabilities to specific objectives in the business.GJI is now known as customology

As the Senior Project Manager I was responsible for managing a variety of internal and external Projects such as: Large data driven digital solutions, campaigns, portals, dashboards and insight analysis.I was responsible for resources, and ensuring that projects were delivered on time and on budget. I would passionately and effectively coordinate analysis of client and project issues, strategic and marketing recommendations. I would actively manage client relations during the life cycle of the project and head the project team working under my responsibility (Developers, Creative etc.).

As the Data Services Manager I was directly responsible for managing the entire data solutions team that included data engineer’s, data scientist, designers, product managers, system administration and UX consultants. I also headed our R&D initiatives, managed allocated funding to support ongoing development and innovation of our service offering.
