Tim has worked in the construction industry since graduating from Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University) with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture and an MBA in Finance in 2005 and 2007 respectively. Tim’s experience includes managing construction projects from the field and office in various fields including; multi-family, retail, institutional, life sciences and medical office. Tim’s day to day duties include direct management of construction, contract documentation, scheduling, estimating, cost control and invoicing. Tim has been a part of several prominent Philadelphia area projects including Park Towne Place Apartments Phase I (Philadelphia, Pa), Suburban Square Parking Garage (Ardmore, Pa), Phoenixville Middle School (Phoenixville, Pa), Bryn Mawr Medical Arts Pavilion & Skybridge (Bryn Mawr, Pa), Upland Square Shopping Center (Pottstown, Pa) and Spring House Innovation Park. In addition to secondary and post-secondary degrees, Tim has also earned his LEED AP, Green Advantage and OSHA 30 accreditations.
