Construction Manager duties including:- Tendering for telecommunication infrastructure, rigging and civil construction projects- Material ordering and preparation for projects- Work scheduling of multiple rigging teams and all sub-contractors- Project management, including client liaison, landowner coordination and access. Responsibility for staff, sub contractors, budget, quality, material, schedule management and site safety- Preparation of all site documents including Safe Work Method Statements, Job Safety Environmental Analysis, environmental aspect registers, site folders, site inductions and purchase orders.Lead Rigger duties including:- Construction and supervision of upgrades to existing sites and greenfield builds- Monopoles, towers, free standing and guyed mast erection, rooftop upgrades - Installation of microwave dishes, yagi, omni, gps and panel antennas, feeder cabling (coaxial and hybriflex) RRUs, TMAs and associated equipment- Site audits, routine maintenance and inspections- Steel erection, tower strengthening, cable tray and gantry work- Civil construction of footings and trenching, retaining walls, pit and pipe work, earthing grids, compound fencing- Installation of prefabricated and retrofit communication huts, cabinets, precast structures.

Truss and frame fabrication and erection, first fix carpentry, shed and pergola erections and general building.
