I am the head of the Logistics team at Samsung Electronics America.I have held a number of senior roles in operations and finance at Samsung, and I am currently responsible for logistics for all products including Home appliances, TV & mobile products and finally, e-commerce fulfillment.In a prior role as the Chief Customer Officer of Samsung, I was focused on improving the customer experience and launched the premium customer care program and application Samsung Plus.Prior to joining Samsung, I was with Best Merchant Partners, a Dallas based Venture Capital company specializing in Higher Education that created an international network of Universities providing affordable education for all.Prior to joining BMP, I was with the Supply Chain Company i2 Technologies, Inc. for ten years in a number of senior financial and operational roles. During my tenure with i2, I served for six years as the Chief Financial Officer for i2's Asia Pacific business unit in Tokyo. I started my career in public accounting with Grant Thornton in London where I became a Chartered Certified Accountant.I was a member of the Board of the Directors for the Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce for three years.I am a member of the Lithium Battery Air Safety Federal Advisory Committee working with the US Department of Transportation.I am Committee Chair of BSA Troop 1225, Longhorn Council.
