The training and personal development of more than 300 trainees at Phoenix Contact is a great and rewarding challenge. Train and prepare cooperative students and trainees for the challenges of a dynamic globalized world is my contribution to the future. Focused on the mechatronics engineers, the training covers a wide variety from conventional metalworking, electric basics to digitalization, robotics and much more. In self organized projects the trainees witness the complexity of modern project management and collaboration with different departments right from the beginning. In conclusion, my job is to guide my trainees towards their individual professional future in industry.
