Key responsibilities:• Primarily functioning as a User Interface/User Experience QA technician, but adopting a functional testing role where it necessitates.• Primary KPIs involve executing website auditing, improving upon test flow/cycle methodologies and working within System Developent Life Cycle timelines• Driving and executing the User Acceptance Testing process during the SDLC, including post-deployment testing once the SDLC is complete.• Managing additional test resources during large-scale projects (launching new digital marketing websites) and ensuring that UAT is completed within the projects time frame• Capturing and escalating all identified issues from BAU audits and UAT to the most appropriate teams for resolution. Ensuring that escalations have clear descriptions, concise instructions on replication and including annotated screenshots for clarity as necessary.• Tracking and managing issues across various web properties and digital channels (via ALM platform), escalating and liaising with the various development teams for resolution.• Provide support to other areas of Marketing & Support Centre regarding any eCommerce testing being undertaken.• Designing and executing test plans for UAT, targeting multiple platforms (desktop, tablet & mobile)• Helping the wider Marketing team troubleshoot problems associated with the production website(s), including liaising with IT or other stakeholders to rectify any issues.• Providing Quality Assurance measures to ensure minimal customer facing issues on the live web site that may impact the customers online purchasing experience.
