But my favorite trait of Tim's is that he has the intellect to handle it all. Tim is also a remarkably personable and knowledgeable professional. He has a strong work ethic and a solid reputation for consistently producing results. There were many evenings at Rackspace Cloud when Tim and I would find ourselves still working at 7:30 or 8 PM and I would tell Tim to go home -- but he was always digging into some piece of vendor software or putting together a solution for the next day so I always beat him out the door. We worked on the Control Panel together and he was the only developer who stepped up to take ownership of the Cloud Files File Manager after the vendor delivered it. He also helped to architect the Ticketing component of the CP. He moved on to the Billing replacement system after that and took his knowledge of the CP with him, which meant the integration project went much better than it might otherwise have done. I wish I could work with Tim on ALL of my projects!"
