I Worked with an awesome and diverse team of extraordinary people in Planning, Design and Construction to complete projects across campus ranging from $10,000-$215 million. Projects range from small renovations to power plant upgrades, residence halls and large academic buildings. Also worked to initiate the college's $500 million deferred maintenance.

• University of Massachusetts, Amherst (UMBA). $24M College of Education renovation project.
• Salem State University (MSCBA and DCAMM projects). 7 month assignment while SSU completed its search for new AVP of Campus Planning. Projects ranged from $18-50M and included a science hall feasibility, a theatre.
• Westfield State University (MSCBA). Projects included a new $50M residence hall and a $17M campus center renovation project.
• Several K-12 projects (MSBA) located in Palmer, Oxford, Pioneer Valley Regional School District and the Tantasqua Regional School District.

The New Patient Building and Kittredge Surgery Center totaled 116,000 sf and was comprised of a new four-story building featuring 32 patient rooms, six Operating Rooms, a Post Anesthetic Care Unit (PACU) and recovery, a Central Sterile Processing (CSP) department, an expanded 10,000 square foot Joint Replacement Center, support/admin spaces and multiple.

Established in 1905, by the first black licensed architects in America, Moses McKissack III and Calvin McKissack. Managed Higher Ed renovation projects at New York City College of Technology, working with the NY Dormitory Authority. Also served on the Mayor's.

Coordinated design, construction, fitout and closeout of several high-end assisted living facilities with locations throughout the Northeast and Chicago. Project costs ranged from $7-22 million.
