Notable Projects- Director, 9-month $665,000 STEM Demonstration Grant for the dissemination of STEM teaching and learning practices, and development of a web-based platform for sustainability and replication- Director, Student Success in Mathematics and Improving Retention and Learning of STEM Students Through Learning Communities Choose Ohio First Scholarship programs to increase retention, graduation and success of STEM undergraduate students through scholarship, community and authentic learning experiences- Director of the Explore Robotics afterschool and summer STEM initiative using content standards aligned inquiry-based learning to promote STEM learning, teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking among urban middle school students and teachers- Established and directed annual FIRST LEGO League Northeast Ohio District Tournament- Coordinator, Woodrow Wilson Teacher Fellowship Program, including responsibilities for implementation of induction year teacher mentor program

- Designed and implemented standard operating procedures for validation of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility- Performed methods validation testing involved in bioburden and endotoxin testing of samples collected from water for injection (WFI), clean compressed air (CCA), N2, pretreatment water, clean steam, raw and incoming materials- Designed and executed validation protocols, and prepared the final report for the water filtration (Millipore Milliflex) system- Composed standard operating procedures, designed sampling apparatus and trained individuals for the collection of viable and non-viable particulate samples from the CCA and N2 systems- Designed and executed performance qualification protocols for the following systems: CCA, pretreatment water, WFI and clean steam- Maintained records according to Good Laboratory Practices- Produced and revised standard operating procedures based on Code of Federal Regulations Title 21, United States Pharmacopeial Convention, European Pharmacopeia, and GMP guidelines
