Monitor status of on-going work to ensure products are delivered in accordance with customer defined schedules.• Provide avionics/electrical inputs needed for ASI responses to RFIs/RFPs and also participate on proposal team review boards .• Screen resumes to identify potential candidates for new avionics/electrical engineering positions at ASI & conduct candidate interviews when required. Also provide "on boarding" briefs for all EE new hires and assist them with acquiring government credentials & with establishing accounts.

• Led a team of as many as 11 Electronics Engineers & Engineering Technicians in providing EA‐6Bavionics/electrical team fleet support, FRCSE production support and support for PMA‐234 mod programs. • Worked with FST Lead and competency to ensure adequate staffing was in place to support team workload. • Upon induction, conducted E&E zonal inspections of various A‐6 T/M/S aircraft to determine depth of SDLM rework required to restore flight‐worthy material condition of aircraft. Identified & logged all deficiencies for mechanical subsystems/components and fixed equipment requiring repair during these inspections. Provided response/disposition for “callboard” deficiencies identified during SDLM process.• Certified to conduct ASPA inspections for all A‐6 T/M/S and for F‐14 aircraft.
