(NYSE Euronext: CCAP), helped manage the formation and spin out of Conversus from Bank of America and led the company through its $1.8 billion IPO in June 2007. Subsequent to the IPO, Conversus was the largest publicly traded portfolio of private equity interests with $3.0 billion in assets under management.
