My engineering capabilities are instrumental in building floor estimation bids, a responsibility I have had for over 18 years as the flooring estimator at Flemington Department Store - Commercial Flooring. While working for Flemington, I was known for drafting detailed, easy to read, and exceptionally accurate floor estimations. Additionally, I was also responsible for managing our installation crews, guiding the sales team in developing accurate proposals, and driving value engineering.Alongside my construction endeavors, I also enjoy leadership and management opportunities where I am able to utilize my skills to help others and surpass organizational objectives. Early in my career, I was the store manager for Toys “R” Us where I was afforded the opportunity to develop my team motivation, loss prevention, and even sales skills. During my tenure with Toys “R” Us, I helped ensure the smooth operation of holiday events such as Black Friday in addition to driving store-wide standards for layout, cleanliness, and product display. I have been an innovative person since childhood and thoroughly enjoy using both my creativity and intelligence to produce unique, extravagant tables, benches, and accessories.
