Started up and consolidated the business and operational hub offices in East Africa (Kenya) and West Africa (Ghana) to faciliate the expansion Millward Brown business across Africa. A great team of staff helped make this happen - making Millward Brown the leading insights agency in Sub Saharan Africa that it is today.

This was the first venture I founded with my holding company, Flame Tree Ltd. I set up the company and drove its expansion across the 3 countries of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos for more than a decade. This adventure fueled my passion - and first love - for growing and building businesses on an ever bigger scale. More than 1000 young dedicated people now work in what is the largest independent research agency in Indochina. The Vibe continues.

Never happy with doing just one thing at a time - I needed to venture into the world of IT, BPO and back office automation. Quite the experiment.
