Mr. Timothy M. Snow, also known as Tim, has been the Enterprise Services (ES) Global Engineering Leader for Service and Systems Management since May 2014. He served as the HP ES Americas Regional Leader for Service and Systems Management from November 2005 to May 2014. His innovation and vision for automation efficiencies have been central to his success in delivering “tooling solutions” and global programs for General Motors, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and Hewlett-Packard Company.Mr. Snow served as the System Management Engineering Leader for one of EDS’s and HP’s largest services account, General Motors. He held multiple leadership positions while on this account, from 1994 to 2005. He was the UNIX leader across the GM Warren Technical Center and the GM Milford Proving Grounds; he was an account executive for the Powertrain Division and an engineering manager for Buick, Oldsmobile, & Cadillac.Mr. Snow began his career with EDS in 1986. He served as the EDS Field Services District Manager responsible for the Midwest Region, supporting five states from 1990 to 1994. From 1986 to 1990 he held a number of technical staff positions including Program Manager, Account Services Representative, Technical Team Supervisor, and Accounting Specialist. In his first professional role, as a communications specialist, he founded the EDS Customer Billing and Inquiry Group.Mr. Snow graduated from EDS’ Telecommunications Professional Development Program in June 1990. He is certified in ITIL Foundations and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He also attended Stanford University and received a certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in June 2015.
