- Assist energy, chemical, manufacturing, real estate, and agricultural clients with state and federal litigation and regulatory compliance and enforcement. - Comprehensive environmental practice addressing the Clean Water Act (CWA), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund), Toxics Release Inventory program (TRI), and other environmental, health, and safety regulations at the federal and state level. - Extensive litigation experience related to environmental pollution and contamination issues associated with upstream oil and gas operations, midstream (i.e., pipelines), and disposal of oil field wastes, including assisting clients with issues related to Underground Injection Control (UIC) wells falling under federal and state jurisdiction. - Extensive experience working on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) issues, including site investigations and development of containment and remedial programs. - Assist clients with management and operation of public water systems (PWS).- Frequently draft and submit comments to proposed energy and environmental rules and regulations.- Assist clients with intra- and interstate oil and gas pipeline development and operations, and state and federal regulatory compliance of pipelines. - Land use agreements including easements, leases, and other agreements related to brine development, saltwater disposal, CO2 storage, and various surface uses related to conventional and renewable energy development and agriculture.- Pro bono practice devoted to criminal justice reform and nonprofit entity creation and support in Oklahoma.

-Advised City Council with regard to urban planning, land use studies, urban renewal plans. Exercised direct authority to grant variances to zoning ordinance requirements.

-Contracted and coordinated diverse service-learning, conservation projects with state and federal public land management agencies (72, 10-day projects addressing multitude of land management interests e.g., agricultural, range, wildlife, cultural/historical, recreational).-Instructed and supervised 100 graduate and undergraduate students over two year period.-Facilitated 31,000 service hours on Wyoming’s public lands in 2010 and 32,000 service hours in 2011.-Instructor, “Leadership & Conservation”, ENR 5890 course, University of Wyoming.-Program Development: grant writing (ranging from $500 to $180,000), fiscal management (annual budget of $200,000) member development, and curriculum development.
