We are a new wife and husband partnership specializing in the creation, design and production of professional media support services. Our work is informed by our own lived experience of severe mental illness and recovery. Our professional backgrounds include filmmaking, web development, interactive media design, book and periodical writing and editing.

• Helped create the new position of Peer Support Specialist for the State of Illinois, Department of Rehabilitation Services, Division of Mental Health, as part of the Illinois Evidence-Based Supported Employment Program.
• Participated in the development and initial roll-out of the Peer Support Specialist component designed for implementation at Medicaid-reimbursed Community Mental Health Agencies throughout Illinois.

• Created specifications for a multiple phase business automation system upgrade for a Fortune 1000 enterprise client in Business-to-Consumer retail phone, mail order, and direct Internet marketing.
• Scope included technical integration of CSR inbound telemarketing and customer service calls, print catalog and Web order processing, product packaging, scheduling, fulfillment, and shipping.

• Developed software content, network architecture and workflow methods for a dot-com start-up during the launch of a Business-To-Consumer Customer Relationship Management application.
