Leads the development and acquisition of the B-21 Raider.

Led the 412th Operations Group—managed flight operations at Edwards Air Force Base, the center of the aerospace testing universe. Responsible for planning, execution, and reporting on development flight test across the US Air Force, producing timely and actionable information for Air Force decision makers.

Served as a fellow with Autodesk under the Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellowship Programs. Worked closely with the strategic foresight team to craft stories of positive futures for Autodesk and set about making them come true. Worked closely with teams across the company to share lessons in strategy, teamwork, and enterprise level coordination from the experiences of the US Air Force. Keynote speaker for the Construction Industry Institute annual conference on how large organization can harness technology. The SECDEF Fellowship program was initiated under Secretary of Defense Perry to give senior military officers experience working in industry in order to bring best practices and current thinking back into the Department of Defense.

Led a growing team of 70+ military, civilian, and contract personnel engaged in launching the USAF's Advanced Pilot Training (T-X) Program. The APT program seeks to replace the USAF's aging T-38 fleet with a more capable training system that can better prepare our pilots for service in 4th and 5th generation tactical aircraft.

Led a team of military, civilian, and contractor personnel in managing cost, schedule, performance and risk across multiple F-15 avionics upgrade programs.

Deputy program manager for the ACDP II, an $800M multi-year hardware and software program to refresh the central computer and increase combat capability on the F-15C and F-15E fleets. Led team of 20 through technical reviews, program strategy development, and milestone review.

Test Pilot and F-15 Assistant Director of Operations with the 40th Flight Test Squadron.Also served as the chief F-15 Pilot.Planned, flew, and debriefed experimental flight test in all models of the F-15. Lead USAF pilot for Aim-9X Block II developmental test. Designed and flew high-G test profiles in dynamic scenarios in order to evaluate seeker performance and develop tracking algorithms. Lead live-fire test planning and execution for several challenging profiles.Lead pilot for APG-63(v)3 radar developmental test program during GAA 3 software update. Identified radio noise issue, devised and executed ground and air testing to isolate source, prove candidate fixes, and verify performance baseline remained unchanged.

Student pilot in the year-long Test Pilot School course at Edwards AFB, CA. Flew 20+ aircraft of all types during the course of a M.S. in Flight Test Engineering. Conducted flight research and co-authored AIAA paper on "Near Real-Time Parameter Estimation in the C-12."

Service Chiefs' Fellow with DARPA in the spring of 2013. Provided operational perspective and technical assistance to DARPA programs in information systems, sensors, and radars.
