Tim is the PE of Centralized Network Assurance Support team. In this role he will be responsible for National Tower Audit compliance for Verizon Wireless, Verizon Business and Verizon Telecom tower structures, IOP optimization and OC Tool reporting for upstream data consistency. He is also the Kimco lead for Verizon Wireless and Verizon Business facilities. Prior to this role he was the PE of the Florida Region C-Band Macro Modifications team and was the SME for all equipment and construction and provided guidance to Construction Engineers, Equipment Engineers and Field Engineers and managed vendor contracts and quality. Prior to becoming the PE for C-Band Macro Modifications, Tim was the SME for CRAN Hubs and iEN deployments for the State of Florida. He successfully engineered and implemented and integrated CRAN Hubs for 2 consecutive Super Bowls in the Florida Region and was the SPOC since 2017 for CRAN. Having worked in Wireless for over 20 years, As a construction engineer he was directly involved with the Hurricane Michael restoration efforts in the Panhandle of Florida and was the key stakeholder in launching Florida's first 5G city. He was directly involved with deploying over 102 small cell nodes and engineered, implemented and integrated the supporting hubs as well as the first use of DWDM technology to the ROW working directly with OEMs and Fiber Providers. As an OSP/ISP Certified Engineer he has a vast working knowledge of Transport delivery types and the working knowledge of the environments that require special care to get the toughest of deliverables completed.. He has worked in all aspects of Implementation from Small Cells, DAS/Venue, Hubs, Macro modifications, Macro New Build to supporting Operations teams with maintenance repairs and COLT/COW deliverables as well as with the Transport teams to deliver backhaul to the aforementioned locations. As a member of Implementation he has become an expert in navigating a cross functional environment and works seamlessly across all teams and continues to work closely with all teams to continue driving Implementation and emerging technologies to successfully meet aggressive targets.
