Member of the Applications and OS Management team:● Developed a Windows 10 image for a new fleet of 600+ laptops for remote interviewers,modernising the image and application deployment method, and communicating withstakeholders to deliver a fit for purpose, secure operating system within 6 months.● Provide level 3 technical support - diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving complicatedhardware, software and system problems.● Being involved in crisis meetings, quick decision making and problem solving in the event ofunforeseen problems or failures in the ABS IT environment.● Creating technical documentation and participating in sessions for knowledge transfer (Both asteacher and student depending on the topic covered).● Using effective time management skills to work towards multiple ongoing projects while alsocompleting business as usual tasks

Member of the Delivery and Support team:● Enterprise wide project - Transitioned from physical desktops to a new virtual Citrix ITenvironment, imaging and distributing ~2300 kiosk laptops around Australia and providing enduser support.● Personally developed a new Hard disk wiping tool compatible with the Solid State Drives (SSDs)of the new fleet. The tool was complaint to Australian security standards for sensitive data,increased the lifespan of the SSDs and made the process 400% more time efficient, reducing thetime from 8+hours per hard drive to 2 hours.● Monitor and action ticket queue - Providing face to face and over the phone level 2 technicalsupport and troubleshooting for a wide variety of end user software and hardware issues
