I implemented a strategy to move all vehicles to the highest level of fuel efficiency in 2014, 7 years ahead of government regulations. Achieved in 2018 • Responsible for Company H&S policies and implementation, including annual STS Food Safety Audit for Storage and Distribution (2021 no non-conformances), lead of the HACCP team, responsible for RIDDOR reporting• ICO registration, and ensuring that the Company complies with GDPR regulations• Major projects- including move to night working, installation of freezer facilities and linked work with UK Power Networks, installation of new server farms in 2013 and 2019, and move of the Baldock depot to Stevenage in 2019• Representing the Company as part of membership of the Country Range Group, a buying group of 13 independent foodservice businesses. Includes attending the group AGM, sitting on the group Trading Board and Sales and Marketing group, and numerous trade events and awards ceremony’s• Company wide vehicle safety testing, and paperwork. Ensuring that the Company complies with all regulations surrounding transportation, including MOT’s, 10 week tests, weight restrictions, emission restrictions, tachograph testing, and temperature checks
