Tim is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Silicon Valley Disposition. He is responsible for managing the operations of the company while promoting professional standards for all projects. Prior to joining Silicon Valley Disposition, Tim served over two years with the Round Rock Police Department as a patrol officer. During his time with the department, he was a board member with the Police Officer's Association, a member of the uniform committee, the awards committee, and served as a threat liaison officer. During his time as an officer, he received awards including Patrol Officer of the Year. Tim also served over 20 years with the Los Angeles Police Department where he had many assignments such as gangs, narcotics, and human trafficking. He managed small units and large teams as a sergeant including state wide task force operations.Tim also served 21 years in the military, serving in both the Army and Air Force where he retired as a Master Sergeant. During this time he was awarded numerous citations including Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year. Tim managed several offices, teams and projects within his time of service.Tim has over a decade of experience in managing teams and has a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from the American Military University.
