CurrentAdvise and educate management on all aspects which financially impact Mile Square Enterprise operations. • Collaborate with Mile Square Services staff to prepare and update long‐range forecasting for the FQHC clinics. • Develop finance billing and accounting team to increase efficiencies. • Prepare report and analysis for CEO and Mile Square o Financial reports both internal and external o Financial policies, procedures and systems o Reimbursement strategies, reports and appeals o Budgeting systems for both operating and capital budgets o Financial analysis of new programs, acquisitions and business development o Review and approve managed care contracts, to ensure compliance with billing and FQHC standards. o Patient financial services, including receivables management and patient registration and billing o Disbursements (payroll and accounts payable) processing o Maintain awareness of 340B performance and compliance • Conduct ongoing review of internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent or detect errors on a timely basis.• Manage and coordinate monthly and quarterly financial reporting, analysis of budget variances and preparation of variance reporting for distribution to clinical and operating management• Lead strategic and operational projects and performance evaluations for UIH; oversee evaluation measures and systematic reporting regarding execution and effectiveness of strategic initiatives; assess services and identify improvements and/or recommendations for cost-savings, revenue growth and performance improvement Ensure compliance with covenants incorporated in financing documents. • Work directly with managed care to forecast and model impact of fee‐for‐value and risk agreements on financial status. • Lead and facilitate organizational planning for changing reimbursement methodologies. • Lead or facilitate strategies and steps for cost‐containment within the organization.
