At Klöckner Möller in Bonn, Germany, I was responsible for financial strategy, financing and controlling. I carried out a comprehensive restructuring of the company by identifying inefficient processes and implementing new business models.In addition, I led the sales process to a renowned private equity firm. This included conducting due diligence and negotiating the terms of sale.

In my role as Managing Director Finance, I was responsible for a team of 500 employees and took charge of a dedicated team of 15 professionals.My achievements included setting up Group Controlling and reporting to France. I implemented SAP and management software to optimize information flow and process efficiency.I also took responsibility for human resources and set up the international reporting system for four different companies to improve the efficiency of data collection and analysis.My biggest success was merging the companies into one entity to create synergies and improve the overall performance of the company.

As managing director, I led the turnaround process of a medium-sized trading company with 25 employees. By developing and implementing new strategies, I was able to successfully restructure the company and overcome insolvency.I focused on optimizing processes and building international sourcing networks from India and Nepal to reduce purchase prices and increase margins. This led to a significant change in the entire business model, which significantly increased efficiency.By sourcing products directly from Nepal and India, we were able to bypass wholesale and save additional costs. As a result of these measures, we were able to increase margins by 20%, which ensured the financial success of the company.

As part of an 8-person controller team in the Finance and Accounting department, I was responsible for preparing financial reports, special analyses and budgets. In this role, I regularly performed financial analyses to assess and monitor the company's business performance and profitability.My primary focus was on controlling and project management, where I used my data analysis skills and deep understanding of financial processes to support sound, data-driven decisions.Through my work, I was able to contribute significantly to the financial health and success of the company.
