Included in my day to day duties were keeping stakeholders informed (SMS, verbal & written), alarm and fault management, staff mentoring, and field staff coordination.f. During 2004/2005 I spent time off shift to coordinate national field projects that saved the client over $3 million while generating $170,000 of work to Silcar. While working on these projects I also developed software for other groups and wrote over 30 procedures and work instructions for the STOC.g. I developed an application in vb.net to interface between the clients’ Oracle DBOR and Silcar’s SQL DBOR. The application is used to process all planned events requiring Silcar approval.
