www.burritokitchen.comI launched a Mexican food business in my final year of University bringing Mexican food to the UK which has grown into a full fledged business which currently has 4 stores.We offer food which is fun and has personality targeting not only the health conscious consumer but also those who enjoy something more exciting for lunch because lets face it 'aren't sandwiches boring!'We have many close relationship with shopping centre including intu and The Mall. In 2015 we entered into a partnership with Tesco and have opened a kiosk inside one go their busiest stores- Bank, London and continue to look for new opportunities to expand.I am currently employing and leading a team of 40 staff.
