• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients• Pay all invoices and order product needed for each project• Responsible for payroll, paying state sales, income taxes and federal income tax for each employee• Organize and instruct subcontractors on job duties and deadlines• Coordinate supplies to be on site for contractors during construction• Provide profit/loss information for tax filings
