 Seismic permitting, Legal proceedings in an activist-blocked situation onshore Romania, Supervision and co-ordination of surveyor and lawyers, Liaison with Romanian National Agency for Mineral Resources Conceptual works, economical studies and project evaluation work for Tunisia offshore mid to deep water, Romania onshore and various New Venture areas Created a well data base on the Parta block onshore Romania from vintage Romanian wellfiles including technical translations. Functioned simultaneously as Ops. Mgr. and Well Test Supervisor on an onshore Tunisia exploration well.

 Leading the subsurface activities of a production district with 900 active wells, Pannonian basin, NW Romania In-Situ combustion driven Heavy oil field as the core of activity - plus 20 satellite oil, gas/condensate fields Engineering department with 30 staff (office/field) Responsible to manage continuous Workover and Well service activity with 25 light rigs (160 Workovers + 4000 interventions / year) Responsibility for artificial lift systems optimization (SRP, PCP mostly) Completion and Testing of newly drilled oil and gas wells, liaison with local Drilling department, Production Management and other service departments Management of echometer and slickline measurement teams Modernization and optimization of working processes SAP administration, materials management, services management CAPEX and OPEX budgeting, cost tracking and reporting Minor maintenance co-ordination (Surface)
