About Tim Stoltzfus

Summary: Leadership is a team sport. Over the 30 years of serving people in leadership roles, I have learned vital lessons. From helping Indigenous children in North America, to rowing Crew for Oxford University, collegiate volleyball at the European games in Turkey, living and studying in Germany as a Fulbright Scholar, graduate studies in Humanities and Ethics, 15 years as the President/CEO of an innovative California company, to the Director of Facilities for a non-profit organization focused on seniors. These experiences have provided invaluable lessons in listening, decision making, strategizing, delegation, and treating people with dignity. My focus is on people, purpose, and progress. Good communication with my team and the community I serve is my cornerstone. As a seasoned leader, I know when my team feels valued and as they resonate with my clear direction and support, all our goals are attainable.
