I led the team who delivered a range of very large next generation internet products over the ‘National Broadband Network’ (NBN). These products included Fibre-to-the-Premises, VDSL2, HFC/Cable and Fibre-to-the-Curb. To ensure that these products grew strongly in the market, the team also designed, built and operated a number of large platforms to enable product ordering and troubleshooting. The team had a very strong usability focus, ensuring that all offerings were designed and operated around the best possible customer experience.
