Appointed to be the Officer-in-Charge for the Amphibious Raid Branch which included the direct supervision of 20 senior Staff Non-Commissioned Officers and four High Risk Courses in support of small boat amphibious operations. • Responsible for over $220K budget which included continuous analysis in order to mitigate wasteful spending and justify unforeseen purchases.• Created and implemented the Standard Operating Procedures for the safety structure in support of all training that included revising and updating all emergency action plans which resulted improving the work flow for the training division and helped identify critical gaps for personnel shortage. • Created and implemented the Standard Operating Procedures for small boat operations which serve as the standard for the Marine Corps. This establishes the proven process for identifying key billets as well as the planning and execution for any mission along with any critical logistic requirements. • Plan, coordinated and supervised 16 high risk courses which taught small boat tactics, techniques and procedures for over 1000 Marines from Infantry Companies, Marine Reconnaissance and Special Operations Command. This included the scheduling and managing of several supporting units from both the Marine Corps and the Navy.• Managed $1M of military inventory including boats and engines for 24 months without loss.
