Responsible for securing the earned and unearned revenue required to support institutional operating requirements and for relationship cultivation and management in accordance with the Symphony’s Strategic Plan and budget. Accountabilities include growing the philanthropic potential of the Symphony, leading annual fundraising campaigns, managing institutional philanthropic relationships and a major gift donor portfolio, creating and implementing subscriber and single ticket sales plans, and overseeing execution of marketing and public relations efforts while building, motivating and mentoring an outstanding team.
