Current"Snowdonia Outdoors is a small business providing outdoor and environmental education. Based in our 5-acre woodland near Penrhyndeudraeth, we specialise in canoe journeys, guided walking/mountain skills, offering guided walks up all of Snowdonia’s mountains, mountain and navigation training, introductory level mountain biking and bushcraft. In the wood we have space for camping and a simple bunkhouse (booked through AirBnB) with wood burner. There is a campfire and outdoor pizza oven, a bird hide and 4m tree platform. The woodland is managed and there are over 30 nest boxes which attract a range of birds. As a Welsh temperate rain forest it is home to a variety of mosses, ferns and fungi. There is car parking for up to 6 vehicles within the wood."
