- Salesforce project lead on migrating multiple SFDC instances to one instance
- Triage Salesforce cases through BAU work by creating and updating fields, validation rules, permissions, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and data loader requests.
- Create and manage JIRA tickets for SFDC development requirements
- Manage Salesforce account creation and parent hierarchy relationships
- Create reporting that supports the use of new dynamic reporting metrics (OKRs) and views to assess the overall health of the NHE business and provide early warning indicators on yearly position.
