I moved up to the breakperson's job, which I held until 1980, when I moved up again to the the mixing room. In 1981, I was appointed to mixer and supervisor vacation relief; in 1982, I was appointed to working foreman in charge of 3rd shift; in 1985, I became the Assistant Production Manager; in 2003, I transferred to the Lenexa (KS) plant as the Production Manager; in 2009, I became the Field Driector for the Central region. When my job was eliminated in 2011, I was Production Manager at the Hodgkins (IL) bakery.
