Primary role as project manager for the Roll Shop Management System. The RSMS is responsible for collecting data in real time at various steel, aluminum and paper mills from automatic roll grinders and mill systems to allow managers to analyze the efficiency of the mill and provide suggestions for performance improvement and advance warning of system failures. Responsible for performing customer needs evaluations, creating application design specifications, producing and maintaining development schedules, customer correspondence, writing application documentation and supervising software engineers.Secondary role included on-site installation and customer training of the new Roll Shop Management Software.
