Create and support departments and users customized programs within the AutoCAD environment to facilitate productivity. Mass drawing editing, printing and plotting through advanced knowledge of various drafting software tools. Assist in creating programming methods for CAD operators to revise drawings in an automated batch mode. Assist in testing and implementation of new software versions. Support and established AutoCAD and MicroStation drafting standards. Lead in the AutoCAD Standard Group meetings, Internal and customer required. Work with customers to develop programs that electronically check drawing to meet requirements. Vendor support on internal and customer drafting standards. Compiled and helped with a number of support documents, Standard Drafting Guideline Manual, Drafting Check List, Artwork Guidelines, AutoCAD Configurations, Raster Imaging Clean-up and Q/C. AutoCAD plotting methods and customer drawing clean up processes. Dealings with internal and remote field sites as well as vendors and customers to provide information required.Specialties: Ensure accuracy and effective use of project related technical data issues through related software support systems.
