Provided leadership to Information Systems dept. support functions as member of CIOs leadership team; financial planning & analytics, vendor management, service management, workforce planning and innovations. FP&A:Built/maintained an operating expense and cash expense budget of 2% of company revenue. Utilized Hyperion EPM to build/manage monthly financial reporting and monthly forecast process, ensuring teams were operating to their plans. Managed monthly close process to include oversight of monthly accruals and standard journal entries to ensure accurate monthly financials. Implemented reporting efficiencies (using Hyperion Essbase to improve visualization of data and metrics), automations and increased value provided to departments. Vendor Management:Managed team providing support to strategic vendors; activities included quarterly business reviews, service level agreement escalations, contract negotiations and contract management. Actively involved with CRM vendor to provide high level oversight of agreement; license utilization (software asset management [SAM]), licenses/product requests, contract compliance, future strategy/road maps and contract negotiation. Approved all external staff augmented resources and SOWs;worked with managed service provider to post new requisitions in Fieldglass.
